Abstract

This report provides information and analysis on the physical condition of the dam as of the report date. Information and analysis are based on visual inspection of the dam by the performing organization. Middle Branch Dam was judged to be unsafe, non-emergency due to seepage and saturated ground at junction of west abutment and downstream slope of the earth embankment. (Author)
