Abstract

This report provides information and analysis on the physical condition of the dam as of the report date. Information and analysis are based on visual inspection of the dam by the performing organization. City of Utica Reservoir Dam No. 4 was found to have seepage at the downstream spillway apron. Additionally, cutting of vegetation, and filling of animal burrows was also recommended. (Author)
