Real Time Digital Model of a Rolling Airframe.

Abstract

An all-digital airframe model of a rolling missile is developed by using tunable convolution and integration techniques. The model is capable of handling high frequency airframe dynamics in real time with large time steps and hardware in the loop (HWIL). This model is currently in use in three applications at the MIRADCOM Advanced Simulation Center in Aeroballistics Directorate, Technology Laboratory. (Author)
