Development of Two Monolithic Integrated Circuits and a 10-kHz Tape Automated Bonded (TAB) Hybrid Microcircuit Oscillator,

Abstract

This report describes the development of two silicon monolithic bipolar integrated circuits and a 10-kHz Tape Automatic Bonded (TAB) hybrid microcircuit oscillator (HMO) for use in the XM587/724 fuze. One of the monolithic integrated circuits was designed to replace the interface hybrid microcircuit. The other monolithic integrated circuit (amplifier) is used in the 10-kHz TAB HMO. The major objective of this effort was to reduce the cost of these two circuits. (Author)
