Abstract

This report provides information and analysis on the physical condition of the dam as of the report date. Information and analysis are based on visual inspection of the dam by the performing organization. Diamond Mills Paper Company Dam was found to be unsafe-emergency. Due to serious structural deficiencies. Lowering of the reservoir was recommended so as to allow further evaluation of the dam to be made. (Author)
