Abstract
This report provides information and analysis on physical condition of the dam as of the report date. Information and analysis are based on visual inspection of the dam by the performing organization. Cross River Dam has significant deterioration of the concrete structure, spalling of concrete on the downstream face, and leaks in the masonary dam and gate valve. (Author)
