Abstract

This report provides information and analysis on the physical condition of the dam as of the report date. Information and analysis are based on visual inspection of the dam by the performing organization. Attica Dam was found to be Unsafe, Non-Emergency due to a seriously inadequate spillway. Additional evaluation and monitoring of the dam was recommended as well as removal of trees and vegetation. (Author)
