Entree Production Guides for Modified Diets at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Part 2. Pureed Bland Entrees
Abstract
Entree production guides for 20 pureed bland products suitable for cook/freeze systems have been developed. The particle size and texture of the products are similar to junior baby foods. The entrees provide a wide range of products similar to those a consumer might eat on a regular diet.
