Defense Energy Information System (DEIS): Recommended Design Modifications.

Abstract

This report examines the existing Defense Energy Information System, describes current user requirements, analyzes alternative system concepts, and recommends an updated system design and implementation plan for the modification of DEIS. The study focuses on the entire system, from data collection at military bases and facilities, to the uses of DEIS by the Services, OSD, and the Department of Energy.
