Safeguards for the Use of Mines and Explosives in Training.

Abstract

This memorandum prescribes the general procedures necessary in the detonation of explosives, mines and firing devices used by troops in training. Many of these safe practices are equally applicable in combat. They are applicable from the time of receipt from post, camp or station Ordnance magazines to time of detonation or return to Ordnance control.
