Shock Propagation in the Three-Dimensional Lattice. II. Method of Calculation.

Abstract

A computer-molecular-dynamic (CMD) technique for simulating shock propagation in a three-dimensional, face-centered-cubic lattice has been developed. The first report in this sequence described the model used and the results of the calculation. This report contains the details of the calculation, a listing of the computer code, definitions of major symbols, and a brief description of the subprograms.
