Abstract

There are current and developing systems which either provide, or will be required to provide, data to SACS. These systems were analyzed to determine if they do/do not support an improved/on-line SACS. The support provided is very limited; therefore, the shortcomings of each of the systems were identified and recommendations for their improvement were provided. Recommendations were also provided for a new system to support phasing plus some new managerial procedures.
