Abstract

The National Software Works (NSW) is a distributed software system resident on the ARPANET. It is intended to support the development, use, maintenance, and storage of programs and data on which the programs operate. It is principally aimed at the development of software systems and at providing software tools which can be used to support the software development activity throughout its life cycle.
