Abstract

This report provides information and analysis on the physical condition of the dam as of the report date. Information and analysis are based on visual inspection of the dam by the performing organization. Yankee Lake Dam did not reveal any conditions which pose an immediate threat to life or property. However, a seepage problem at the toe of the dam must be corrected. Additionally, monitoring of settlement (currently inactive) and removal of vegetation were recommended. (Author)
