Central Food Management System (CFMS).

Abstract

The Central Food Management System (CFMS) was evaluated at Fort Lee, Virginia, during the period September through December 1978 to determine whether the system would improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the food program at installation level and whether the system merits further evaluation at other installations. Also, the system was evaluated to determine the management structure required to operate and manage an installation Central Food Preparation System (CFPS). The latter area was addressed in a separate CFPS study forwarded to DA DCSLOG on 28 December 1978.
