Solvable Model for Optical and Radiative Collisions,
Abstract
The related problems of optical and radiative collisions are examined theoretically. The actual R to the nth power potentials found in nature are simulated by powers of the hyperbolic secant, which enables one to obtain closed form solutions for the transition probabilities in the weak field regime.
