An Evaluation of Conventional Correlation Methods When Matching Infrared Imagery to Panchromatic Imagery.

Abstract

In this report, a practical method of determining parallax by matching an infrared image to a corresponding panchromatic image using conventional correlation methods is evaluated using digitized aerial images. However, from the results of the study, the method was found to be unsatisfactory. (Author)
