Laboratory Evaluation of Australian Ration Packs,

Abstract

Results of analyses of ration pack items of the 1976/77 packaging programme are presented. Energy values are reported in Kilojoules. Some of the rations have become nutritionally unbalanced, particularly with respect to protein content. Total energy values of some rations are also below the recommended level. (Author)
