A Software Lifecycle Methodology and Tool Support.

Abstract

This paper describes a system of techniques and tools for aiding in the development and maintenance of software. Improved verification techniques are applied throughout the entire process and management visibility is greatly enhanced. The paper discusses the critical need for improving upon past and present methodology. It presents a proposal for a new production methodology, a verification methodology, and the system architecture for a family of support tools. (Author)
