Research on Nonlinear Differential Equations.

Abstract

The research deals with the application of abstract techniques in the study of the behavior and (asymptotic) stability of solutions to differential equations of reaction-diffusion type. These equations include models in a cellular control process with positive feed-back and a model in gas-liquid reactions. Most of the results are based on techniques that involve the determination of invariant sets for solutions and the preservation of inequalities between solutions.
