Low Velocity Performance of a High Speed Vane Anemometer.

Abstract

Performance of a high speed vane anemometer is evaluated over the speed range of 43.4 to 741 feet per minute including starting speed and stopping speed. The tests were performed in the NBS Low Velocity Airflow Facility which provides a uniform flow of low turbulence and utilizes a laser velocimeter as the velocity standard. (Author)
