Numerical Integration of Compressible, Viscous Flow Equations.

Abstract

A method for integrating the Navier-Stokes equations numerically is given, which takes the most advantage of the lambda-scheme for the integration of inviscid equations. Full details for supplementing the method (with the inclusion of imbedded shocks treatment) in two-dimensional unsteady flows are given. Results of one application are presented. (Author)
