Retention of Cadets in the Class of 1974,

Abstract

This report shows the relationship between certain characteristics of the cadets of the Class of 1974 and retention at the Academy through graduation. The findings tend to support previous findings; that variables related to academics are the best predictors of losses from the Military Academy. (Author)
