Abstract

This report provides information and analysis on the physical condition of the dam as of the report date. Information and analysis are based on visual inspection of the dam by the performing organization. Newtown-Hoffman Creek Watershed Site 3A was still under construction at time of this report. Dam has not held an impoundment. Further evaluation at the time of filling was recommended. (Author)
