Submillimeter Wave Spectroscopy and Technology.

Abstract

The investigations performed during the final 6-months of the program are described. These included optically-pumped laser spectroscopy of liquid water and water vapor and submillimeter receiver investigations. Papers on work performed during this period are attached. (Author)
