Forecast Skill Score Test

Abstract

This publication contains results of test of different skill scores to be used by the Air Weather Service (AWS). It also presents the first organized attempt by AWS units to issue probability forecasts. This test was conducted from 1 Oct 1977 - 31 Mar 1978.
