Applied Surface Analysis Workshop.
Abstract
This report describes the Applied Surface Analysis Workshop held at the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio on 13-15 June 1979. Thirty-eight papers were presented at the Workshop, five of them being from invited speakers. Approximately 100 scientists active in the field of surface analysis participated in the Workshop.
