Abstract

This Technical Information Bulletin (TIB) reprints the third edition of 'Introduction to CHILL', published by Working Party 3 of the International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee's (CCITT) Study Group XI. The CHILL high level language standard is being developed for programming stored program controlled telephone exchanges, but is considered general enough for other telecommunications programming applications as well.
