COEFUV: A Computer Implementation of a Generalized Unmanned Vehicle Cost Model.

Abstract

This document summarizes a method of determining the cost and cost effectiveness of ground-launched, recoverable unmanned airborne vehicle (e.g., remotely piloted vehicle) operations in a tactical environment. The inputs and outputs of a computer code implementing the methodology are described in detail and a listing of the code is presented. (Author)
