Development and Evaluation of a Remedial Reading Workbook for Navy Training.

Abstract

This report is concerned with the development of a Navy-relevant remedial reading workbook for use in Navy recruit training commands (RTCs). The project was undertaken by the Training Analysis and Evaluation Group (TAEG) as one of several initiatives in response to tasking by the Chief of Naval Education and Training (CNET) in the area of improvement of basic academic skills.
