Mobilization Environments,

Abstract

This monograph is one of a series designed to provide the background and assessments of capabilities and tasks for CE planners to assist them in developing mobilization plans. Included in this monograph are discussions of three general mobilization conditions--full, total (conventional), and nuclear--in which CE support would be needed to support the Army and nation. A qualitative discussion of tasks the engineers would be involved in is included. The monograph is designed to paint a background picture of mobilization for planners. (Author)
