Self-Consistent Kinetic Theory of Stochasticity.

Abstract

It is argued that renormalized kinetic theory is the appropriate tool with which to study macroscopic properties of stochastic systems. Functional techniques are described which afford a self-consistent description of nonlinear excitation, propagation, and dielectric response of fluctuations in the stochastic regime. (Author)
