Effects of High Pressure on Molecular Electronic Spectra. II. Morse-Potential Formulation.

Abstract

The effects of high pressure on electronic spectra are treated on the basis of a Morse potential by a method analogous to that used in deriving the well-known Drickamer model. Expressions are presented for evaluating configuration-coordinate parameters for spectroscopic data. (Author)
