Military (OTS ETE) Specification for the Multimeter, Digital Handheld,

Abstract

This specification defines a Multimeter, Digital, Handheld, hereinafter called the equipment. The equipment defined by this specification shall be Type II, Class 5, Style E, Color R per MIL-T-28800 and, as herein stated, with the convertible/rack-mountable capability.
