Dynamic Systems.

Abstract

During the past year of this grant substantial progress was made in two major areas of research. The first, which was the original focus of the grant in earlier years, is that of positive dynamic systems. This work has reached the point where it is useful for certain design problems. The second area of research, which has been a new focus for the past two years, is that of descriptor variable systems. Our efforts continue on the basic theory and application for the nonlinear case. (Author)
