Problem Situation Catalog for Senior NCOs,

Abstract

This catalog contains a number of problem situations in which senior NCOs may become involved. The problem situations were identified through interviews with Senior NCOs. Each problem situation was analyzed by a small group made up of several senior NCOs, one or two officers, and behavioral scientists. The groups used group problem solving techniques in doing the analyses. (Author)
