Determination and Application of Training Objectives in Revising the Supplyman (MOS 76A10) Course.

Abstract

This report describes (a) the procedures used to analyze Army Supplyman duties and tasks to derive a set of training objectives, including standards of performance, (b) techniques by which training content was aligned with established course objectives, (c) the interim comparison of Pilot and Army Training Center courses, and (d) the final evaluation of the revised Supplyman course.
