Excretion of Injected Dimethyl Morpholinophosphoramidate on the Breath of Rats.

Abstract

Male rats were injected with undiluted dimethylmorpholinophosphoramidate (DMMPA) into the peritoneal cavity. Levels on the exhaled breath were determined over the next 48 hours. Recovery was between 1% and 2% of the administered dose. The analysis indicated the presence of metabolites of the parent compound. (Author)
