An Annotated Bibliography for Instructional Systems Development

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the availability of how to do it manuals for instructional systems development. The Interservice Procedures for Instructional Systems Development Model (ISD, TRADOC Pamphlet 350-30) indicates the steps to be taken for the development and conduct of training. Authoring aids, procedures, and techniques were identified as annotated references for each block of the ISD model. Directions for a future research plan were identified based on the lack of authoring aids available.
