Controllability and Stabilizability of Regular Singular Linear Systems with Constant Coefficients.

Abstract

A concept of controllability for systems Ax + Bx = Cu(t) in which A may be singular is introduced. When det(As+B) not equal 0, s epsilon ir, this is shown to be equivalent to the condition that c superscript T/(As+B)C = 0 implies c = 0.
