Packet Switching Technology for Alternate Critical Communications Network (ACCN),

Abstract

The ACCN is in the process of modernizing their system so that it can provide a fall-back capability sufficient to sustain combat operations in the critical period just prior to and after D day. This report provides generalized tutorial information to allow ACCN personnel to better assess the best switching method to employ, whether it be Packet Switching as discussed in this report or one of the other switching techniques.
