Filter Receiver Development Study.

Abstract

An atomic resonance absorption and fluorescence (ARAF) filter is a viable filter concept providing background discrimination for blue-green laser communication to a submerged receiver. A detailed design has been accomplished which provides realistic performance parameters that are compared with other filter concepts. (Author)
