USAF/SCEEE Summer Faculty Research Program (1979). Volume 1

Abstract

This Volume 1 of 3 volumes presents the final research reports of the 1979 Summer Faculty Research Program participants. The program designed to stimulate scientific and engineering interaction between university faculty members and technical personnel at the Air Force laboratories, centers, and divisions has four specific objectives: (1) To develop the basis for continuing research of interest to the Air Force at the faculty member's institution; (2) To further the research objectives of the Air Force; (3) To stimulate continuing relations among faculty members and their peers in the Air Force; (4) To enhance the research interests and capabilities of scientific and engineering educators.
