Abstract

This report addresses the estimated investment needs of U.S. airports and presents an evaluation of their capability of self-finance that investment during the time period FY 1981-1990. The report is intended for use as background material in evaluating policy alternatives for renewal of the Airport Development Aid Program (ADAP). (Author)
