Manufacturing Methods and Technology Measure for Fabrication of Silicon Transcalent Rectifier.

Abstract

Successfully completed were the fabrication and testing of the ten confirmatory samples of Silicon Transcalent Rectifiers. This report thoroughly describes the test results as well as the basis for selecting the prototype design. It also includes a picture or block diagram of each test circuit utilized. All devices passed all inspections with a yield of 100%.
