Abstract

This report is one of a series of guidebooks whose purpose is to assist Air Force Program Office Personnel and other USAF acquisition engineers in the acquisition engineering of software for Automatic Test Equipment and Training Simulators. This guidebook describes the requirements specification process. Acquisition engineering tasks are described starting with definition of using command needs and continuing through procurement contract. (Author)
