A High Performance UHF Satellite Transmitter.

Abstract

This note describes the design, construction, and performance of a 50 W UHF satellite transmitter which was built to demonstrate design and construction techniques that lead to easy replication of circuits in a manufacturing environment, without sacrifice in performance. High-efficiency performance is demonstrated over a 20 MHz band, centered at 260 MHz, with a fixed-tuned, single-ended design. (Author)
