The following areas are covered: (a) kinetics of chemiluminescent reactions involving excited B states of halogens and interhalogens; (b) measurement of halogen atom concentrations; (c) studies of halogens and interhalogens by laser-induced fluorescence. Citations to 26 papers are given. (Author)
