Abstract

The purpose of this study is to help decision makers determine future water resource needs of the Delaware River Basin area and ways of meeting these needs. This report undertaken in 1975 for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers by an independent consultant firm focuses on the identification and evaluation of the full range of alternatives with respect to supplying water by means other than the Tocks Island Project, the recreation, electric power, flood control and other project alternatives.
