Characteristic for a Moderate Accuracy Inertial Navigation System (INS).

Abstract

This specification establishes the requirements in terms of form, fit and function (including performance) for an inertial navigation system applicable to a broad spectrum of vehicles. It is the intent of this specification to define the INS requirements to a sufficient extent to allow multiple contractor designed and produced hardware to be used interchangeably at the LRU level in any given vehicle.
